After hours and on weekends, students may access professional counseling support by phone. The primary purpose of this phone service is to address urgent concerns and connect you to appropriate resources in the Oberlin community. For crisis support please call 855-256-7160. This service is available from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, and any hour during the weekend. Crisis counseling is also available during academic breaks and holidays by calling the same number.
