Welcome to ULifeline
Thanks for visiting ULifeline! ULifeline is an anonymous, confidential, online resource center, where you can be comfortable searching for the information you need regarding emotional health. Take a look around!
Today and every day, we are thankful to the service men and women and their families who sacrifice so much to keep us safe. Click the title to learn how you can support student veterans during their transition to civilian and college life.
This past spring, the JED Foundation, Partnership for Drug-Free Kids and the Jordan Porco Foundation surveyed 1,500 first-year college students to learn more about their transition triumphs and challenges. Head over to www.settogo.org for the results!
The JED Foundation teamed up with the Clinton Foundation, Facebook and Instagram to create a guide designed to help you recognize online warning signs that a friend may be distressed, including recommendations for taking action and offering support. Students who are in crisis may call Counseling Services at any time. Our phone is 928/523-2261. Counselors will provide over the phone assistance which may include arranging for an appointment with Counseling Services or may involve helping the student be transported to a facility where he or she will be safe and will receive services.
