Welcome to ULifeline
Thanks for visiting ULifeline! ULifeline is an anonymous, confidential, online resource center, where you can be comfortable searching for the information you need regarding emotional health. Take a look around!
Most of us tend to think that all stress is bad; however, some stress can be a good thing. Click here to learn about the benefits and side effects of stress, and how to tell if you’re experiencing too much.
Stop by the Counseling Center located in Cedar Hall, log in to your BSU account, or call 218-755-2024 to schedule an appointment (the Counseling Center is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday). Schedule in advance to ensure an appointment. Walk-in appointments are provided on a staff available basis. Students will always be seen for urgent, serious emergencies. Appointments can be made for up to one hour, and, of course, the strictest standards of confidentiality are observed.
If it is necessary to change or cancel your appointment, please call 755-2024 or stop by the Counseling Center 24 hours in advance. A casual attitude towards keeping appointments resulting in missed appointments can significantly hinder counseling effectiveness and disrupt the delivery of services to others.
