We're excited to share our Seize the Awkward campaign with you, in partnership with Ad Council and AFSP. Learn more about the campaign and how you can use an awkward silence to check in with a friend about how they’re feeling.
Press Pause focuses on simple mindfulness techniques to help manage common stresses and emotional challenges. The new videos will be broadcast on over 700 college campuses and available for any school or organization to use free of charge via our new Half of Us hub for campuses.
You can call the Counseling Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 212-220-8140 and speak to our regular staff or an after-hours crisis counselor if you are in crisis and need immediate help.
