Press Pause focuses on simple mindfulness techniques to help manage common stresses and emotional challenges. The new videos will be broadcast on over 700 college campuses and available for any school or organization to use free of charge via our new Half of Us hub for campuses.

Demi Lovato, #BeVocalSpeakUp and Getty Images teamed up to create Beyond Silence, the new Be Vocal documentary. Jeff, Lauren and Lloyd share their journeys to live well with different mental health conditions, while also speaking up for others.
OCCC offers individual mental wellness support and counseling appointments free of charge to currently enrolled students. Fall and spring hours are Mon – Thu, 8 am – 6 pm; Fri 8 am – 5 pm. Students in crisis or significant personal distress can walk in or be referred by faculty or staff for immediate assistance. If you have an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are on campus after hours, please contact Campus Police at 682-7872.
